The employee owned company, values great support, and puts a focus on the customer first; a 3 month money back guarantee is also provided to customers. Clients have the option to host data, in their data center, to optimize speeds, and eliminate downtime.
Two rates are offered with Inmotion hosting. The $3 package offers functionality which is good, at first glance.But, my SQL isn't supported, meaning blog, forums, and management issues, may arise. The other package is not much pricier at $5.95, offers more backup services, unlimited storage and bandwidth, unlimited email, and several domains to one account. The cheaper plan is okay for some, but the pricier one offers unlimited, and better hosting, for larger businesses.
Reliability and Performance
99.9% uptime guaranteed, and 100% money back guaranteed are some features, through the Inmotion data centers. Max speed zones are offered; these will depend on where the client is located, and housing their data there, will result in the highest speeds for their site, and the best possible performance for their online site.
Features and Control Panel
Inmotion uses c-panel, the leader in online hosting needs. Not only do icons allow site operators to easily find and do what they need to complete on their page, it also allows them to monitor site stats, visitor stats, and critical information about their site. A c panel demo is also provided, so if you can't learn how to set up easily, the site will provide a tutorial, to teach you how to set up and monitor your site, through Inmotion hosting.
24/7 support is offered 365 days a year, through their toll free hotline; online tickets can also be submitted to the support desk and they are answered in a reasonable amount of time. Flash tutorials, and online FAQ sections are also available, if you want to find common answers, to common questions, and do not want to wait. Additionally, the fact that no time frame is given for the answer time, means it will vary how long you are going to wait on hold, when you call in for support, or if you need help with certain issues and do submit a online request ticket, to receive the assistance you need for your technical support issues.
The employee operated host, takes an approach where the customer comes first; since they are not only employees, they focus on giving you the best possible service in hosting. Several data centers, means you can use one closest to you, to ensure the fastest speeds, and reduce downtime for your site. A low price point in hosting, and two plan options, give you the ability to set up a site for a low price, and reasonable amount of features. With decent support, they are not the best at answering calls, but you are not going to sit on hold, or wait several days either, if you need an answer to a question.
